ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION TRAINING, Setiap diri manusia harus memiliki motivasi tertentu dalam kehidupannya. Dalam dunia kerja, motivasi sangat dibutuhkan oleh para karyawan dalam hubungannya dengan pengembangan karir dan prestasi. Para karyawan diharapkan dapat mengenali bentuk-bentuk motivasi, menyadari pentingnya motivasi berprestasi dalam kehidupan pribadi maupun kerja, mengenali potensi diri dan cara-cara mengembangkan diri sendiri, mampu memahami arti penting komunikasi, mampu menyusun dan mengembangkan tujuan individu dalam kaitannya dengan kehidupan pribadi maupun perusahaan, mampu menerapkan motivasi berprestasi dalam hubungan kerja yang mendukung kemajuan pribadi dan perusahaan.
Pelatihan ini dibagi menjadi 2 materi personal development. Secara umum tujuan kedua paket pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi, karakter, daya juang dan kemampuan pribadi dalam mencapai berbagai tujuan atau impian dalam karir maupun hidupnya.
