Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) merupakan salah satu metode yang paling banyak dipakai sebagai prediktor ketika melakukan penilaian kompetensi seseorang dalam suatu organisasi. Tujuan penggunaannya pun cukup beragam, seperti rekrutmen, penempatan, promosi jabatan, perencanaan suksesi, perencanaan training, penilaian manajemen kinerja, dan besaran kompensasi pegawai.
BEI merupakan salah satu metode yang paling akurat dalam peramalan kesuksesan calon pengisi jabatan di posisinya. Untuk itu, pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang komprehensif harus dimiliki oleh pewawancara tentang bagaimana BEI yang efektif.
Training Behavioral Event Interview ini akan memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan pewawancara agar dapat melakukan interview yang efektif dengan metode BEI. Peserta akan dilatih untuk bisa melakukan teknik-teknik interview berbasis behavioral event.
