Pelatihan Communication with DiSC
Penggolongan kepribadian orang berdasarkan D-I-S-C (Dominance –Influence – Steadiness – Compliance / Consciousness) atau umum disebut juga Choleric, Sanguin, Phlegmatik dan Melancholic telah dikenal luas
dan digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan. Salah satu manfaat yang bisa diperoleh dari pemahaman penggolongan ini yaitu dapat berinteraksi secara efektif dengan ke empat tipe orang DISC tersebut dengan menggunakan teknik komunikasi tertentu yang sesuai atau disukai oleh masing-masing tipe. Dengan teknik komunikasi yang sesuai maka kita tidak hanya dapat mencapai tujuan komunikasi di pekerjaan, tetapi juga berguna untuk kehidupan sehari-hari. Pelatihan Teknik Komunikasi dengan DiSC ini akan berfokus pada bagaimana mempelajari keterampilan
berkomunikasi dengan ke empat tipe DISC tersebut dengan didahului pemahaman secara komprehensif tentang masing-masing profil DISC.
Tujuan Training Communication with DiSC
- Memahami dan mengenali tipe-tipe orang berdasarkan D-I-S-C dan membedakan antara satu tipe dengan tipe yang lain
- Memahami gaya pendekatan yang diperlukan untuk berkomunikasi dengan masing-masing tipe dan berlatih menguasai teknik komunikasinya
- Bermanfaat untuk mendelegasikan tugas secara efektif kepada bawahan berdasarkan tipe D-I-S-C bawahan
- Bermanfaat untuk mengenali profil diri dan menyusun agenda pengembangan diri terutama dalam hal komunikasi
- Bermanfaat untuk membaca tipe orang lain dan memilih teknik komunikasi yang sesuai untuk mencapai tujuan
- Dapat dimanfaatkan juga untuk kehidupan pribadi dan keluarga dengan cara mengenali tipe-tipe anggota keluarga untuk komunikasi yang lebih baik
Metode Training Communication with DiSC :
Dalam pelatihan ini akan dihadirkan empat orang dari masing-masing tipe DISC sehingga peserta dapat mencoba mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi secara langsung dan lebih mudah dalam memahami dan
membedakan antara satu tipe dengan tipe yang lain. Peserta pelatihan juga akan ditantang untuk mengenali tipe DISC masing-masing peserta di dalam kelas.
