Pelatihan Comprehensive Human Resources Information System
Salah satu peran Human Resources Information System (HRIS) yang sangat penting adalah mengelola semua data sumber daya manusia dengan baik dan bisa menyajikan data-data tersebut saat itu juga (on real time basis). Sistem HR juga dituntut untuk lebih transparan, setiap karyawan harus bisa mengakses data pribadinya seperti data absensi, cuti, karir, gaji, penilaian karya dll. Pengelolaan data HR yang baik memungkinkan para pengambil kebijakan untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan secara lebih strategis. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta tentang prinsip-prinsip dasar penyusunan HRIS. Peserta juga akan dibekali kemampuan untuk bisa merancang HRIS di perusahaan. Lebih jauh lagi, pelatihan ini membawa
peserta lebih siap untuk menjalani posisinya sebagai HRIS Project Manager.
