Kualitas penjualan dapat dikatakan baik apabila penjualan tersebut dapat menghasilkan cash (ter-collect). Penjualan yang tinggi tidak akan ada arti apa-apa bila pada akhirnya tidak bisa ter-collect. Menyadari hal tersebut saat ini banyak perusahaan mulai menaruh perhatian besar terhadap receivable dan collection. Fungsi penjualan
tidak dapat berdiri sendiri dengan hanya ingin mencapai target penjualan saja. Perusahaan harus dapat menyeimbangkan antara target penjualan dan collectibility dari client. Artinya perusahaan harus dapat menganalisa calon dan existing customer atau klien. Ada customer yang mampu membayar tetapi tidak mau (bad character).

Tujuan Credit Risk, Receivable and Corporate Collection Management
- Membekali peserta dengan teknik yang aplikatif dalam menganalisa faktor-faktor resiko kredit melalui pemahaman calon customer, apa saja yang perlu diketahui, bagaimana caranya dan bagaimana menarik kesimpulan dari analisa tersebut.
- Membekali teknik melakukan analisa credit apabila tidak tersedia laporan keuangan calon customer serta analisa kualitatif
- Meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam menganalisis dan mengendalikan piutang
- Meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam mengenali kecurangan dan mengontrol Receivable
- Meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai dasar-dasar perhitungan di dalam management Collection serta sistem Collection yang terukur, terorganisir dan terkendali
- Membekali peserta dengan strategi-strategi dalam pengelolaan management collection yang handal
- Membekali peserta dengan teknik negosiasi yang efektif sebagai bagian dari upaya peningkatan produktifitas collector
- Secara keseluruhan pelatihan ini akan meningkatkan kualifikasi, kompetensi, dan peran serta Anda dalam mengamankan arus kas perusahaan atau dalam pengelolaan keuangan secara umum
