Diskripsi training accident or incident investigation management
Dalam melakukan suatu kegiatan/pekerjaan, dapat terjadi kecelakaan-kecelakaan, baik kecelakaan minor maupun kecelakaan major, yang dapat mengakibatkan kerugian baik fisik maupun materil, baik bagi organisasi maupun karyawan. Kecelakaan kerja tersebut dapat diatasi dengan mencari akar penyebab kecelakaan tersebut sehingga dapat dilakukan tindakan pencegahan untuk kegiatan di waktu berikutnya. Pelatihan Accident/Incident Reporting and Investigation dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada peserta mengenai teknik maupun metoda dalam melakukan penyelidikan dan pelaporan kecelakaan/ insiden secaraefektif.

Supervisors maupun managers yang bertanggung jawab dalam hal keselamatan kerja di perusahaan. Setiap personil yang terlibat dalam kegiatan pengawasan keselamatan kerja dan pengendaliannya juga disarankan untuk mengikuti pelatihan agar dapat mengetahui dan mendukung keselamatan kerja karyawan
