Analisa Struktur Dan Management Konstruksi
Saat ini semakin banyak ditemui bangunan yang mengalami kerusakan struktur maupun non-struktur; baik pada saat masa layannya ataupun pada saat proses pembangunan; yang diakibatkan oleh faktor dari bangunan itu sendiri maupun faktor dari luar. Di mana bentuk dan tingkat kerusakan yang terjadi mulai dari yang ringan sampai berat.
Dengan adanya tuntutan bahwa bangunan harus mendukung performa yang maksimal bagi aktivitas organisasi, maka berbagai upaya perlu dilakukan, di antaranya adalah pengelola gedung melakukan analisa struktur akibat gaya-gaya dan pergeseran yang terjadi pada suatu struktur bangunan akibat beban-beban yang bekerja pada struktur tersebut. Seringkali dengan terbatasnya kaidah yang berkaitan dengan kapasitas struktur dan prosedur pelaksanan serta kontrol kualitas, performa bangunan mengalami penurunan performa yang cepat. Disamping itu pada tahap pelaksanaannya, pengetahuan tentang manajemen konstruksi juga diperlukan guna mengelola mendapat hasil yang optimal, efektif dan efisien.
Oleh sebab itu untuk mendapatkan hasil perbaikan dan perkuatan yang tepat guna dan mencapai sasaran yang telah ditetapkan, maka perlu dilakukan investigasi untuk mendapatkan data-data kerusakan baik melalui pengamatan visual ataupun dengan bantuan pengujian non-destructive maupun semi destructive dan mereview dokumen dari struktur yang ada. Dari hasil investigasi tersebut, kemudian dilakukan analisa dan evaluasi pada struktur tersebut untuk menetapkan apakah kerusakan yang terjadi hanya perlu perbaikan atau perlu perkuatan atau dalam kondisi yang terjelek struktur yang mengalami kerusakan harus dilakukan pembongkaran dan dibangun struktur baru.
Tujuan pelatihan Analisa Struktur Dan Management Konstruksi
- Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta agar mereka mampu melaksanakan pekerjaan analisis struktur pada konstruksi bangunan
- Peserta memahami dan mampu mengelola fungsi manajemen atau mengatur pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi sedemikian rupa sehingga diperoleh hasil optimal sesuai dengan persyaratan (spesification) untuk keperluan pencapaian tujuan, dengan memperhatikan mutu bangunan, biaya yang digunakan dan waktu pelaksanaan
