Mengapa terjadi like and dislike di organisasi? Mengapa terjadi perbedaan kualitas dan cara kerja? Jawabannya adalah: organisasi belum punya KPI dan SOP yang efektif. Padahal SOP dan KPI efektif sangat membantu tiap individu dalam organisasi melaksanakan tugas and tanggung jawab pekerjaan, sehingga kualitas kerja dapat konsisten dan tidak terjadi lempar tanggung jawab. Kompetensi SDM adalah aspek yang tidak kalah penting untuk menunjukkan keunggulan organisasi. Karenanya kita perlu membangun SDM yang trampil. Untuk membangun SDM yang kuat diperlukan standarisasi prosedur agar siapapun orangnya, prosesnya akan tetap sama. Dalam training 1 hari ini peserta akan dibekali cara menyusun SOP HRD. Ketrampilan praktis – cepat – banyak rakteknya, agar pulang langsung bisa diaplikasikan.
