PELATIHAN ADMINISTRASI KEPEGAWAIAN
Pelatihan administrasi kepegawaian. Melaksanakan fungsi pengelolaan pegawai melalui system administrasi yang telah ditetapkan merupakan Salah satu aktifitas di perusahaan. Administrasi kepegawaian pada hakikatnya melakukan dua fungsi yaitu fungsi manajerial, dan fungsi operatif (teknis). Dalam hal fungsi manajerial berkaitan dengan pekerjaan pikiran atau menggunakan pikiran (mental) meliputi perencanaan , pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengendalian pegawai. Sedangkan fungsi operatif (teknis), berkaitan dengan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan fisik, meliputi pengadaan, pengembangan, kompensasi, integrasi, pemeliharaan, dan pemensiunan pegawai. Sejak seseorang masuk diterima sebagai karyawan, adminstrasi kepersonaliaan dimulai, mengadministrasikan berbagai dinamika kerja yang ada dilingkungan sumber daya manusia, termasuk didalamnya penyusunan dan pengelolaan budget, sampai dengan pemberhentian karyawan sesuai dengan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku.
