DISKRIPSI TRAINING AKUNTANSI DAN PAJAK RUMAH SAKIT
Akuntansi Rumah Sakit yang merupakan salah satu kegiatan dari manajemen keuangan yang merupakan salah satu sasaran pertama yang harus diperbaiki agar dapat memberikan data dan informasi yang akan mendukung para manajer Rumah Sakit dalam pengambilan keputusan maupun pengamatan serta pengendalian kegiatan Rumah Sakit. Yang menjadi kendala pada Rumah Sakit Swadana dan belum terpecahkan sampai saat ini adalah Rumah Sakit melakukan dua sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan yaitu yang berdasarkan prinsip akuntansi yang lazim (Accrual Basis) dan Basis Kas (Cash Basis) untuk memenuhi ketentuan yang berlaku yang diharapkan dapat berjalan secara paralel, independen dan tercipta mekanisme saling kontrol di antaranya (kontrol internal), namun dirasakan menjadi beban petugas Rumah Sakit.
Pajak terkait Industri Rumah Sakit, merupakan Pajak Penghasilan, Pajak Pertambahan Nilai, Pajak Pemotongan / Pemungutan, dan Pajak lainnya. Semua jenis transaksi yang terjadi di dalam Rumah Sakit dan klinik membutuhkan penanganan yang baik sehingga apabila terdapat aspek-aspek perpajakan maka harus ada keyakinan bahwa pemenuhannya telah sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Kasus perpajakan yang banyak terjadi di industri rumah sakit adalah meliputi perlakuan PPN atas obat, kerjasama dengan pihak ketiga, dan pengelolan perpajakan profesi dokter.
