Diskripsi Pelatihan Fixed Asset Accounting
Aktiva tetap merupakan asset terbesar perusahaan yang memegang peranan penting dalam operasional perusahaan, dan dapat memberikan manfaat dalam menghasilkan pendapatan pada masa yang akan datang. Peranan aktiva tetap sangat besar bagi perusahaan baik ditinjau dari segi fungsinya, segi dana yang diinvestasikan dan dari segi pemeliharaannya. Oleh karena itu, para manajer asset dan accounting
diharapkan memiliki persepsi yang sama terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan asset dan diharapkan dapat mengatasi kendala-kendala di lapangan.
Tujuan Fixed Asset Accounting
-> Peserta dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai manajemen aktivatetap perusahaan
-> Peserta dapat menguasai perhitungan manajemen aktiva tetap perusahaan secara efisien dan efektif.
Materi Pelatihan Fixed Asset Accounting :
Session 1:
-> Aktifitas administrasi aktiva tetap
-> Definisi dan karakteristik aktiva tetap
-> Aktiva tetap dan manajemen risiko
-> Aktiva tetap dalam laporan keuangan
Session 2:
-> Investasi property
-> Keterkaitan dengan IFRS dan berbagai standar lainnya
-> Revaluasi aktiva tetap
-> Nilai residu, umur manfaat, dan penurunan nilai aktiva tetap
Session 3:
-> Pajak aktiva tetap
-> Kebijakan manajemen dalam aktiva tetap
-> Perolehan, pelepasan, dan pengamanan aktiva tetap
-> Pengakuan, pengukuran, dan pembukuan aktiva tetap
Session 4:
-> Kapitalisasi atau beban
-> Audit aktiva tetap
-> Aktiva tetap tidak lancar
