Keterampilan seorang supervisor, atau yang biasa dikenal dengan “supervisor skill”, baik buruknya akan berpengaruh secara langsung dengan kinerja di level bawah setiap perusahaan. Setiap harinya, pengambilan keputusan yang dibuat oleh setiap ketua kelompok atau supervisor secara krusial menentukan setiap kesuksesan atau kegagalan tujuan bisnis. Sebagai seorang supervisor, ia menjadi jembatan penghubung antara dua kepentingan dan tanggungjawab, menjadi penanggungjawab pencapaian tugas kerja kelompok yang dipimpinnya maupun memastikan senantiasa ada perencanaan yang matang dari sisi manajemen. Komunikasi dan kepemimpinan akan menjadi keterampilan utama yang dibutuhkan dari seorang supervisor. Tentu dalam konteks untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan menangani permasalahan yang mengganggu produktivitas. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membantu para calon supervisor, supervisor baru maupun supervisor yang telah berpengalaman untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan keterampilan sebagai seorang supervisor.
