DISKRIPSI PELATIHAN FLOWMETERING AND CUSTODY TRANSFER

This course covers topics including the flow metering and its conformity with API or AGA practical guides, ISO standard, ASME and OIML recommendations.

- Understand the principles of flow measuring techniques
- Analyze the uncertainty and the MPE requirements for custody transfer
- Apply principles and methods for flow measurements to improve fair custody transfer
- Understand the metrological and technical requirements for flow measuring technologies for fiscal application (type and pattern approvals)
- Specify appropriate flow meter technology
- Evaluate conformity assessment for the selected custody transfer meter
- Improve the practical skill in calibration and uncertainty calculation
